Cancellation Policy

50% of the total service cost will be due at the time of cancellation with less than 72 hours’ notice, as well as for all no-shows. (This fee is not transferable to a future appointment). A non-refundable deposit ($30–$50) is required at the time of booking for all color services. This deposit is transferable one time if the appointment is rescheduled within 30 days (with 72 hours’ notice). If an appointment is rescheduled more than twice consecutively, a 50% fee of the scheduled service will be required if less than 72 hours’ notice is given. As the service provider, I also reserve the right to deny future bookings if repeated rescheduling occurs after the policy fee has been paid. All new clients are required to place a valid card on file at the time of booking along with the $30–$50 deposit. No-shows will not be rebooked. ⚠️ This policy will be taken seriously and will be enforced regardless of the circumstance.
